Calabria Clementines IGP are a typical Italian agricultural product cultivated on the Sibari and Gioia Tauro plateaus, and they are protected by the IGP certification. They have the usual globe shape that is slightly squashed top and bottom, and a minimum calibre of 16-18mm. Their flesh is juicy, of a uniform orange colour, soft and full of flavour. The outer skin appears smooth and they contain no seeds. Some varieties recognized under the certification ripen very early and arrive on the market as early as the beginning of October.
